A way of living
blended. is the heart of the building: your morning coffee, your breakfast, your daily lunch and the place you bring clients. Fresh, balanced food, real hospitality and an experience worth leaving the desk for — a destination, not just a coffee run.
And for everything in between: daily retail and essentials — snacks, coffee, wine and the things you forgot — right here in the building.
What we do

Bowls, presses and grab-and-go bites, from early.
Your everyday lunch spot, balanced, generous and quick.
Meetings, boardrooms and team days, delivered to your floor.
On our rooftop, in your offices, or off site. We handle everything.
We set up and service coffee on your floors.

DIY boxes
Everything for an exceptional night in, in one box: the ingredients measured out, the recipe card written, the good bread included. Like the Tandoori Mussel Pot & Crusty Bread Box — mussels, tandoori paste, cream, stock, chives, lemon, parmesan and a proper sourdough. You just cook.
Order at least 24 hours before collection — every box is prepped fresh.
Loyalty
Collect with every cup. Your tenth one is free.
Monthly accounts
Tenants and their teams can apply for a monthly account for coffee, lunches, catering and events. Ask at the counter to apply.
